Our main line of business is to do job work under our clients’s brand name of products. Faster turnaround time from Purchase order-to-Finished goods dispatch is what we strive towards.
We work on 3 Operation models.
- All the raw materials and packing materials are purchased by Prason Foods and a the finished goods are charged on a fixed pricing for a set period of months. All the fluctuation of raw material and packing material are absorbed by Prason Foods. This helps our client to not worry about fluctuating margin and are well protected by Prason Foods
- Client provided all the raw material and packing material and Prason Foods just provides its facility and man power and charges the clients only for the services provided by Prason Foods
- Clients control the quality of raw material and packing material procured and Prason Foods purchase from client designated vendor and pays them.
Own Product Manufacturing
Prason Foods also has its own proprietary products.
These products are Trademark registered and dossier ready.
Distributors and Merchant Exporters can enter into agreement with us to sell these products in Domestic and Foreign markets.
Regional exclusivity can be given to protect Clients and Distributors marketing interest.
Registration Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Prason Foods has complied to all the regulatory requirement of documentation needed to register the product in foreign market.
Prason Foods has a strong team of technical personnel which looks after the regulatory requirement. These technical personnel are responsible for dossier preparation support, answering technical queries of client, liaison with regulatory authority and maintaining the technical records.
Research and Development
Here we are in a constant endeavour to create new innovative products. Prason Foods invest in the research for new product development.
Prason Foods is also ready to codevelop any new formulae if the client has an idea. Prason Foods will lend its facility as a research Lab to its client for co-owning the product.
If the client wants to own the product then Prason Foods can lend its support on commercial basis.
