We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility, which enable us in completing the production deadline of our client in stipulated period of time. The unit is equipped with best machinery of pharma grade to produce the best quality lozenges. The unit is segmented into various departments and this segmentation helps us in streamlining every business activity in a Lean and synergized way.
The Factory area is over 4250 Sq. meter area with only 25% of the carpet area being utilized so far there is enough room for expansion of production facility. The much experience staff combined by the will to deliver a high quality product makes us stand out from our competitors. The company’s vision mission statement “We are committed to our Clients commitment to its customer” well set it apart from the rest. The Factory premise is in MIDC area, which offers a collaborative good business environment.
5 fold water treatment plant, HEPA filters, De-Humidification, Epoxy coated floors with proper colour coding on the floors to segregate the areas, properly lit false ceiling, Air sealed doors, Pallet system, Chemical and storage room for Raw material and Packing materials and a high quality AHU are some of the Infrastructure facilities at Prason Foods.
Location
Prason Foods’s manufacturing unit is strategically placed at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India. Cheap cost of labour and its closeness to JNPT port Mumbai, allows us to command a very competitive rate in comparison to its competitor. Also Ratnagiri is reach in water availability. Its closeness to the sugar belt of Maharashtra enables us to low price of Sugar of good quality at a low cost. These savings are transferred to our client through competitive price of our products. Apart from commercial aspect Ratnagiri also boast some best in class virgin beaches and a good flora and fauna to be explored for our visiting clients.

We have successfully helped our foreign clients with the necessary documents to register the products in Africa, South East Asia, Latin America and CIS countries. We can fulfil most of the dossier related to registration of the products.
Production Capacity
We have a capacity to produce 2 million lozenges per day. Currently we are expanding our capacity to cater to growing demand from the customers. An increased capacity will help us to honour our deadline commitment to clients. We are sensitive to the implications that a missed deadline can cause a huge loss to our clients and are therefore committed towards achieving the promised and agreed dispatch schedule.
We are currently running at 60 percent of our full capacity. We are ready to fulfil higher production with easy to expand in both Man and Machine area.
